As a Sales Engineer , you’ll be at the forefront of driving innovation and delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients. What You’ll Do:- Shape the Future : Lead business development by using your in-depth technical knowledge and industry insights to create winning sales strategies. You’ll be responsible for identifying market opportunities and driving sales that make a real impact.
- Be a Tech Expert : Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations that WOW clients, working closely with our pre-sales, R&D, and technical teams to deliver the best solutions.
- Create Strong Partnerships : Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Your efforts will ensure they come back for more!
- Drive Growth : Stay ahead of market trends and competition, always looking for new business opportunities and strategies to keep us one step ahead.
- Own the Process : From responding to customer inquiries and RFQs (Requests for Quotation) to closing deals, you’ll be the go-to person for all things sales and technical support.
- Be a Customer Champion : Ensure clients are supported every step of the way, from first contact to after-sales care, ensuring satisfaction and long-term success.
Job Requirements
- Education : A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.
- Experience : 2-3 years of work experience in sales in the semiconductor industry, including electronic components, MCUs, and related goods. Preference will be given to candidates with certain customer and industry resources.
- Skills : Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. You’ll need to translate complex technical concepts into customer-friendly benefits.
- CRM Savvy : Experience using CRM tools to track your sales activities and pipeline is a plus.
- Customer Focus : A passion for understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
- Innovation-Driven : A quick thinker who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves solving complex challenges.
