Job Title : Client Acquisition Manager – Recruitment Location : Bangalore, India About the Role : We are seeking an experienced Client Acquisition Manager with a strong background in recruitment to join our team in Bangalore . In this role, you will be responsible for driving client acquisition efforts, specifically targeting businesses and organizations in need of recruitment and staffing services. You will play a key role in building relationships with potential clients, understanding their hiring needs, and offering tailored recruitment solutions to meet their goals. Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and acquire new clients in need of recruitment and staffing services through networking, cold calling, industry events, and referrals.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive client acquisition and meet business growth targets in the recruitment domain.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with HR heads, talent acquisition leaders, and key decision-makers in potential client companies.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and discussions to understand their recruitment challenges and propose customized staffing solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure the successful execution of client recruitment requirements.
  • Keep track of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for client acquisition.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and targets.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with client information, interactions, and acquisition progress.
Requirements :
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in client acquisition or business development, with a specific focus on the recruitment industry .
  • Proven track record of acquiring clients and meeting sales targets within the recruitment domain.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, staffing solutions, and the talent acquisition industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and tools for client management.
Preferred Qualifications :
  • Knowledge of the Bangalore job market and key industries in need of staffing solutions.
  • Experience in recruitment consulting or staffing agencies.
