Requirements Your responsibilities will include supporting:
- The elicitation of business requirements through stakeholder engagement & workshops.
- Data and systems analysis including:
- Defining business rules
- Solving data integrity issues
- Delivery of business solutions
- Data simplification and consolidation initiatives impact assessments
- Business & technical specifications
- Planning & scheduling
- Quality assurance
- Stakeholder management
- Experience of delivering high quality outcomes
- Being pro-active and driving outcomes
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- An ability to build relationships with internal & external teams
- Ideally but not necessarily a working knowledge of:
- Investment Banking products
- Your key skills / experience should include:
- Writing simple SQL scripts to extract data.
- Entry-level knowledge of Treasury & Investment Banking products
- Experience of working in Treasury or Institutional Banking projects is preferred
- Sound knowledge of SQL, Excel with VBA, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience:
- Delivering high-quality analysis outcomes & successful projects
- Building relationships & managing a diverse range of stakeholders with different objectives.
- Banking experience (esp. Treasury) is ideal
- Min 2 years experience in a similar role
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams
