Site Manager - Interiors - NSR Associates

The Role Are you a Site Manager with large scale internals & interiors experience on buildings? You must have a track record for a Fit Out Contractor or Buildings Main Contractor. We need a strong internal package manager, finishes or internal trades manager for two new projects. It’s not about the job titles but the attitude and experience out on site. We are talking about architecturally challenging work with some very high-end materials and technology going into this building, including:

1. 5 Hotels – 200 Rooms with all associated F&B facilities from a Leading Global Brand.
2. Private Palace for a VVIP.

Do you have clear experience handling large scale fixtures and finishes on major projects such as 5-star hotels, high-end residential, shopping malls, and mixed-use projects? We need someone with the right attitude to drive site standards. You will need to roll up your sleeves and drive productivity and standards on site. Can you mentor, upskill, and train the tradesmen on site to achieve better quality? Are you capable of performing calmly under pressure and getting the best from your teams? Both projects are valued at over $400 million and will peak with approximately 1800 laborers on site. Essentially, this role will lead internal subcontractors and tradesmen to deliver high-end finishes. Can you communicate upstream and downstream to keep a harmonious project? Requirements

1. Striving for the best quality, finishes, and end product possible on site.
2. Working within the site management team.
3. Liaising with all internal & external stakeholders to achieve deadlines.
4. Communicating clearly and removing issues that stand in the way of project success.
5. Ensuring that no corners are cut on site from top to bottom.
6. Pushing for the best safety and standards; everyone gets home.

Before applying, the client is seeking a trades background ideally in carpentry, with relevant experience delivering fit-out, internal, and finishes packages on major projects. You understand it’s a 6-day working week on site. Your CV should clearly list relevant projects & values such as hotels and residential. Can you supply references upon request?
