We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Partner to join our team and support the Giga project, NEOM The Line. This role will be based on the NEOM Site, where you will interact directly with key stakeholders and contribute to the recruitment delivery for this landmark program. Responsibilities: As a Senior Recruitment Partner, you will focus on delivering and supporting the recruitment efforts for the NEOM Program. Your role will involve: Recruitment Delivery:
- Executing recruitment activities for positions assigned to AtkinsRéalis by the Talent Acquisition Lead.
- Supporting the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, processes, and best practices to ensure that the program attracts top global talent.
- Managing the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring alignment with Program SLAs.
- Contributing to the creation of reporting models and metrics that track recruitment performance against Program SLAs.
- Hands-on recruitment, focusing on filling vacancies for NEOM site-based positions.
- Participating in regular recruitment update calls with key members of THE LINE management team, providing insights into recruitment progress and challenges.
- Collaborating with program management to address recruitment-related issues and promote a strong talent agenda across the Program.
- Acting as a key point of contact for both DP management and Program management, ensuring a “best for program” approach is maintained.
- Engaging in weekly recruitment update calls with KSA and UK stakeholders.
- Working closely with a team of recruitment professionals across MEA and the UK to ensure effective recruitment delivery.
- Providing support and guidance to the team, ensuring that activities are aligned with the Program's goals.
- Collaborating with the broader Middle East-based recruitment team for additional support on KSA-based roles.
- Contributing to the strategic direction of THE LINE’s Talent Acquisition function during discussions and meetings with the TA Leadership Team.
- 8+ years of relevant work experience, particularly in delivering recruitment for geographically diverse and large-scale programs.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, processes, and current trends, with extensive experience in recruitment delivery.
- Experience in managing large volumes of sensitive data and in recruitment reporting and analysis.
- Demonstrable experience in recruitment delivery for mega-projects within the Civil Engineering/Construction industry is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in technology and recruitment software systems to ensure efficient recruitment operations.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Postgraduate HR Qualification (SHRM, CIPD, etc.) is preferred but not essential.
