Job Title: Design Engineer (UI/UX) Experience: 0 – 1 Years Location: Kanpur (New Technopark @ IIT Kanpur) Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. You’ll collaborate with developers and stakeholders to turn ideas into functional designs for web applications along with web app programmers. Qualification/Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, create user personas, and define information architecture.
- Design intuitive and responsive interfaces for web applications.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups to communicate design concepts.
- Work closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback.
- Ensure designs follow UI/UX best practices and accessibility guidelines.
- Proficiency in UI/UX design tools like Figma.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing.
- Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
- Knowledge of interaction design and micro-animations.
- Basic understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG compliance).
