Briefing of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish, develop, and maintain a well-established, efficient Project control’s organizational structure.
- Establish and maintain a level IV resource loaded schedule in Primavera covering all the activities of the project.
- Provide and maintain Look ahead plans and recovery plans as per project requirements.
- Establish, develop, and maintain efficient systems, procedures, and processes to capture and record all events in a timely manner.
- Maintain Quantity (BOQ) for the project scope.
- Publish project progress reports and cost reports as per the established schedule.
- Direct and guide the project management team in terms of progress and cost.
- Establish cost structure and monitor costs through appropriate mechanisms such as activity-based costing.
- Establish discipline-wise productivity monetary system.
- Have thorough understanding of the contract and scope, instigate variation orders, contractual letters, and notifications to contracts department as applicable.
- Have thorough experience and understanding of pipeline projects, focusing on the needs of the client and striving to meet their expectations.
- Establish and maintain the Risk and Opportunity register, cascade impacts to the project management team as applicable, and maintain proactive plans for risk events.
- Generate cash flows for the job and present a positive cash flow to estimation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
- Proficient in Primavera.
- Hands-on experience in scheduling major EPIC projects.
- Completed at least 2 major EPIC pipeline projects in the Middle East as Projects Controls Manager.
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry.
- Executed at least one pipeline project as PCM.
