Position: Personnel Manager As the Personnel Manager, you will mostly be responsible for:

  • Handling all aspects of HR operations to ensure an efficient and professional work environment.
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor regulations and hotel policies.
  • Handling employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
  • Managing compensation and benefits administration processes.
  • Creating and cultivating Colleague Engagement initiatives.
  • Delivering the best Guest Experience across all colleagues and new joiners as an ambassador of Human Resources.
  • Building the annual Engagement Strategy and ensuring all activities are designed around improving Colleague engagement.
  • Building relationships and collaborating across the business to understand and meet employee engagement requirements.
  • Being the point of contact with contracted third party colleague service providers.
What We Need From You:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is an added value.
  • Proven senior experience in Human Resources or similar role in the hospitality industry, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices, including employment law and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with team members at all levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and strategic thinking.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
