Position: Personnel Manager As the Personnel Manager, you will mostly be responsible for:
- Handling all aspects of HR operations to ensure an efficient and professional work environment.
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor regulations and hotel policies.
- Handling employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
- Managing compensation and benefits administration processes.
- Creating and cultivating Colleague Engagement initiatives.
- Delivering the best Guest Experience across all colleagues and new joiners as an ambassador of Human Resources.
- Building the annual Engagement Strategy and ensuring all activities are designed around improving Colleague engagement.
- Building relationships and collaborating across the business to understand and meet employee engagement requirements.
- Being the point of contact with contracted third party colleague service providers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is an added value.
- Proven senior experience in Human Resources or similar role in the hospitality industry, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices, including employment law and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with team members at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and strategic thinking.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
