Reports to: Manager, Decision Science (in GHO)Location: EMEA London OfficePosition Summary:The EMEA Customer Data Analyst is responsible for supporting the EMEA Audience Marketing team with data-driven insights to enable the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to drive increased revenues and margins. This position is responsible for pulling and communicating all EMEA customer data to support their campaign strategies to maximize ROI and customer value. Not only will this position pull data, they will also be the main point of contact within EMEA Audience marketing meetings to bring insights to action. They are responsible for presenting the insights and answering all questions within marketing meetings. This position will report to a team out of the Global Home Office (North America) and will source as the main liaison between EMEA & Global HO. Strong communication and presentation skills required because of nature of team.What Will You Be Doing?Support of ideation, development, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns designed to reduce deactivations, drive loyalty, and increase revenuesCoordination with cross-functional and vendor teams to ensure flawless marketing campaign delivery; including database targeting & data quality, legal, consent, accounting, etc.Query customer database to compile customer data driven insights to use for marketing activationHelp ensure all campaigns are set up and executed according to appropriate specifications and rulesDevelopment of standard reports and presentations on all campaign key performance indicatorsTrack ongoing success metrics for various customer marketing initiatives and relate them to return on investmentEnsure that disparate customer marketing projects are linked in terms of data, processes, skills, and deployment methodsWhat Do You Need To Bring?Familiarity with querying languages, database structures and Microsoft Office Solutions, particularly Excel and PPTExperience with presenting and owning cross-functional meetingsSQL required; SnowSQL and PowerBI experience preferredFamiliarity with retail and marketing analyticsMust have attention to detail with a strong focus on analyticsStrong project management and inter-departmental coordination skillsHighly motivated with ability to thrive in a fluid and demanding environmentNaturally curious, with a desire to dig deeper to find the why and identify key trends/ themesFamiliarity with data privacy laws and best practicesOur CompanyAbercrombie & Fitch Co.
