What will you do?The Communications Manager will play an integral role in Dye & Durham's growing Corporate Communications function in the UK and Ireland. Working closely with the Director, Global Brand & Communications, the successful candidate will plan, execute, and support strategic communications initiatives and campaigns to drive business outcomes. The role will frequently intersect with our Product Marketing function and play a key role in consolidating Dye & Durham's brand positioning in the UK and Ireland by integrating acquired brands under Dye & Durham.Specific Responsibilities:Act as a primary liaison between Dye & Durham and its subsidiaries in the UK & Ireland to support their integrations into the Dye & Durham brand.Develop integration tools and assets to consolidate Dye & Durham's brand positioning, including process documents, project toolkits, etc.Plan and execute integrated strategic communications campaigns that raise awareness of the Dye & Durham brand and builds the company's reputation.Draft clear and compelling content for internal and external channels that articulates Dye & Durham's mission, value proposition, and thought leadership.Coordinate external resources (e.g. creative resources, PR, GR) to produce impactful communications collateral on time and on brand.Monitor industry trends, events and policy developments and identify opportunities for engagement.Work alongside Product Marketing and GTM functions to ensure marketing and strategic communications activities are aligned and coordinated.What do we need from you?You work well in a fast-paced environment where you're empowered to make decisions.You thrive on collaboration, think critically about what's in front of you, and always keep the big picture in mind.You have 3-5 years' experience in a strategic communications capacity; some agency experience preferred.You bring excellent written and verbal communication skills.You can demonstrate an ability to develop positive relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders.You have strong project management skills.You have an interest in the legal sector and the role of technology in driving it forward.Experience using Meltwater or a similar media monitoring database would be advantageous.Why work for us?At Dye & Durham we strive to be visionaries!
