This is a hands-on role and we are looking for a collaborative approach, creative design skills, and strong team working ability. The role will be based in Prague with occasional regional travel required.Key ResponsibilitiesWorking with the Bids Manager, supporting the business teams in their formal and informal pitching activities and presentations, and providing guidance on best practiceSupport Head of ECS with commercial solution designFull understanding of our brand, capability, coverage, and ethos so that all bids material is fully tailored to the subject client's needsWorking closely with the Head of Enterprise Client Solutions and the Bids Manager on EMEA Occupier Services projects as they ariseRequired SkillsMust be able to work proactively and on own initiativeExcellent time and project management skills: ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects to a high standardHigh level of attention to detail including excellent proofreading skillsProficient in PowerPointBasic InDesign skills would be beneficial but not essentialExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalFocused on delivering the best service to the businessMust be a real team player who can collaborate well and give and carry out instructions
