Qualified Counsellor (Self Employed): South East & EssexSouth East and Central Essex MindIf you are a qualified self-employed counsellor looking to utilise and further your experience, we may be able to offer you a contracted position within our charity.South East and Central Essex Mind offers a range of specialist counselling services. We are regularly looking for qualified counsellors who would like to work with our charity and help support our local counselling services.Contracted counsellors are to provide one-to-one counselling, both virtually as well as 'in person', when required, to individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues; assisting them to move towards an improved quality of life. They will also help clients identify and address problems and 'triggers' in their day-to-day life, which may hinder their overall well-being.Minimum Requirements:Applicants must have a Level 4 Counselling qualification.Must be a member of an accredited association such as BACP.Experience of working with children and young people is preferred.If you are interested in this rewarding role working with your local mental health charity, please do get in touch!Contact us via hello@secemind.org.uk to express your interest.
