What will you be doing?
Articulate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders and colleagues
Build consensus and drive decision-making processes
Oversee budgeting for IT projects and deliver projects within budget and timeline constraints
Engage with vendors and technology partners to negotiate contracts and manage relationships
Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, prioritising based on business impact
Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that drive value for both Adarga and our customers
Working alongside account directors to support the sale cycle
Lead demonstrations, workshops, and discovery engagements to inform and engage with both future and present customers
Operate as one of the 'go to' people within the organisation with deep knowledge of our products, services, and solutions
What do you need?
Proven experience in a senior solutions architect/CTO/CTA/Partner/Principal role or similar, with a history of designing, selling, and implementing complex solutions in (ideally) both the public and private sector
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, artificial intelligence, mathematics, or engineering, or a related field
A background in software engineering, product management, or SaaS would be beneficial
Experience of working in a large-scale systems integration or big-6 consulting environment desirable
Deep knowledge of cloud computing technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) including architecture design, deployment, and operations
Experience with software development methodologies and tools, including DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools highly desirable
Strong understanding of network architecture and application development methodologies
Excellent leadership skills with experience leading cross functional teams in a dynamic environment
Ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
A strong problem-solving mindset with a track record of innovative solution design and implementation
Experience in risk management and mitigation in the context of IT projects and architecture design
Strong project management skills, with experience using project management tools and methodologies
Experience in AI, data science, or analysis highly desirable
Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are desirable
