We aim to integrate a new talent to our CTO (Configure To Order) team. The CTO Mechanical Team Leader will lead a team of 13 CTO engineers working together to deliver the BOM (Bills Of Materials) needed to launch our project in production.
Your Mission
CTO: Configure To Order
Lead a team of 13 designers, including configuration and custom design.
Ensure for all the design: Safety - Quality - Leadtime - Cost
Participate in critical project reviews.
RCA and problem-solving skills.
Ensure training and development of the team.
Sense of responsibility.
Maintain team KPIs.
Perform and lead the SIM.
Your Profile
Mechanical background.
Skills in management.
Leader profile.
Transversal projects / region communication.
Familiar with BOM.
Rigorous.
Collaborative work with different departments (Equipment Supply Leaders, Purchase, Workshop, Field Services Engineers).
Software: Solidworks (or 3D equivalent), AutoCAD, PLM system (SAP preferred).
Customer and quality focus.
Able to work and communicate with worldwide teammates.
