We're looking for a German Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our client's growing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the strong likeliness to become permanent. Key Responsibilities: Order Processing: Managing and processing customer orders efficiently.Logistics & Tracking: Providing accurate updates on order status and shipping.Customer Support: Answering phone calls and handling email enquiries in German.Problem Resolution: Investigating and resolving customer issues promptly.Problem Solving: Proactively addressing challenges to ensure customer satisfaction.Stock Queries: Responding to customer inquiries about product availability and stock.
