Dedicated Grounds and Maintenance Person needed in the City Center

Our high-profile client in central Auckland is seeking a dedicated Grounds and Maintenance Person to join their team.Key Responsibilities:*Outdoor cleaning, including staff carpark stairwells, lift lobbies, and main carpark stairwells.*Keeping area tidy by removing rubbish from the ground and planter boxes.*Emptying and cleaning rubbish bins*Removing graffiti and stickers throughout the site*Dusting and wiping handrails to maintain a pristine environment*Cleaning and watering pot plants*Operating a petrol-powered sweeping machine*Using a walk-behind scrubber*General maintenance tasksRequirements:*Clean criminal record.*Full Class 1 driver’s license.*Physically fit and healthy, able to lift and bend.*Experience with pools is an advantage.*Ability to drive a manual vehicle and back a trailer is a plus.Details:*Starting pay is $27 per hour.*40+ hour work week.*Schedule will be based on a rotating roster (2 days off per week - changes weekly)Excellent opportunity for career progression and potential permanent employment in central Auckland.If you're ready to take on a hands-on role in central Auckland with a great team and opportunities for growth, we'd love to hear from you!Please email your interest (CV and Cover letter) to
