Management - Universities (Education & Training) About the Company Randstad is presently working with a reputable university in search for Dean - Postgraduate Studies. This position is responsible for providing academic leadership and executive management, driving the strategic and operational development of the School, and enhancing the national and international reputation of the School. About the Job

• Academic Leadership: Providing strategic direction and leadership for academic programs and faculty development.
• Curriculum Development: Overseeing the design, implementation, and evaluation of curriculum to ensure academic excellence and relevance.
• Faculty Management: Recruiting, mentoring, and evaluating faculty members to maintain high teaching standards and research productivity.
• Budget and Resource Management: Managing financial resources, grants, and budgets allocated to the faculty to support academic initiatives.
• External Relations: Cultivating relationships with external stakeholders, including industry partners, alumni, and donors, to enhance the reputation and resources of the faculty.

• Possess a PhD in Business Management/Human Resources/Marketing or equivalent from a recognised university.
• At least 5 years of experience in the education sector, including holding a management or leadership position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain good, sustained, and successful research grants with impact measured by publications in leading journals and other research outputs.
