Job DescriptionWe are looking for a competitive, passionate, and goal-oriented Construction Sales Executive to join our fast growing company.
Responsibilities:
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
Identify and pursue potential leads through various channels, leveraging research and networking to generate new business opportunities.
Initiate and maintain communication with incoming leads, fostering relationships and understanding their needs to effectively guide them through the sales funnel.
Develop a bond with potential clients, understanding their pain points and giving them suitable solutions to address their requirements.
Consistently meet and exceed set targets for daily lead prospecting, ensuring a steady flow of potential leads into the sales pipeline.
Requirements:
Proven track record in sales development or a similar role, with demonstrable success in lead generation and conversion.
Proficiency in CRM Software and other sales tools to manage and track lead interactions.
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
Job Timings:12:00pm to 08:00pm
Location:Lahore - OPF Society
