For Villa Coucou, our French fine dining restaurant, we are looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie / self-employed cook to strengthen our kitchen team. You support the Chef in creating great food for our discerning guests. The Main Kitchen will oversee the preparation of dishes for Main floor, private Dining, or all full private events at our splendid Villa.Your knowledge and experience helps the team to maintain and improve the high level of service to our guests. Our service team led by Edouard, our director together with the kitchen of chef Alexandre, ensures a high-quality personal dining experience that makes guests return as friends of the Villa. With passion, knowledge and experience, our goal is be recognized as Michelin Star for Villa CouCou.TasksWhat are you going to do?You make sure that your part of the kitchen is top notch. An organized workplace and inspiring management of your team are just as important to you as preparing our high-quality dishes. Our team has an international composition. In addition to Dutch and French, English is our working language.Organize and furnish the allocated area of the kitchen;Prepare the dishes as efficiently as possible with optimal productivity without compromising our high quality standard;Ensure that all dishes are prepared consistently and according to standard recipes;Prepare ingredients for the next day and hand them in to the Chef in time;Prepare M&P overview for the Chef who comes to your shift;Ensure a good stock rotation by, among other things, correct coding and dating;Pursue the highest possible quality and presentation of our dishes;Train colleagues in preparation method and presentation of dishes.RequirementsPrevious experience in fine dining or Michelin star restaurants is a plus.English speaker needed.French speaker is a plus.BenefitsSalary based on knowledge and experience max. € 2000 gross per month.Tip (average € 500 per month).Holiday pay.25 vacation days.Travel allowance.Pension at Pensioenfonds Horeca&Catering.Secondary conditions in accordance with the Catering Cao.Looking forward to hear from you to join our young, energized and ambitious team.For more information about the vacancy or our restaurant, please contact us.
