Education : Bachelors/Masters degree Experience : 3-6 Years Key Skills - Machine Operation(Assembly/Packaging), BMR, BPR, GMP, Serilization Primary Responsibilities
- Packing and Assembling activities- Medical Device
- Receiving of BPR/ BMR from Issuance team and cross verification of Batch details.
- Dispensing and verification of SPM material with Indent sheet as per BMR.
- Transfer of dispensed SPM to day storage area and entering the details in Logbook.
- Performing Equipment's and area cleaning for all areas.
- Transfer of dispensed SPM and pen components to assembly and packing area and assembled pens from cold room to packing area.
- Performing pre and post batch activities for both assembly and packing.
- Running both assembly and packing equipment as per SOP.
- Performing Repacking as per SOP.
- Performing reconciliation and performing of destruction of rejected material/components as per SOP.
- Updating the cold room records.
- Collect the daily reports for cold rooms and verify as per SOP.
- Responsible for area cleaning and equipment cleaning.
- Line clearance activity.
- Transfer of assembled pens to inspection area.
- Reconciliation of Assembly and packing.
- Destruction of defected prefilled pens.
