In this role, the CFO reports to the CEO of Riwald BV, Netherlands.The CFO will be responsible for developing, leading, and implementing finance strategy to enable the company to grow, thrive and maintain a healthy financial position within the marketplace. Manages and coordinates the company's financial function across the regions covering the two main areas of finance:Compliance: accounting, credit management, Vat & tax, policies & procedures, internal and external auditBusiness partnering: multi-year plans, financing, budgeting, performance management, supporting post-acquisition integrationThis will be achieved by partnering with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ArcelorMittal BD Recycling, local CEO, and local finance team in shared service function.The main responsibilities and missions:Managing financial performance and supporting cluster management and entity CEOs with the economic and financial analyses required necessary for operational and strategic management.Business Partnering the ArcelorMittal BD Recycling CFO & local CEO on operational and strategic financial managementTo determine the company's operating results on a monthly basis (accounts closing, management indicators, cost control, etc.)Alignment of forecasting results (drawing up the annual budget and objectives, updating monthly forecasts, monitoring variances, etc. with BD CEO and BD CFOImplementing and ensuring the correct application of accounting and financial procedures of the ArcelorMittal group in close cooperation with Shared Service Function AccountingSteering the risk management process: internal control, external control across all relevant entitiesSupervise the customer credit team in applying the customer credit and collection policyCoordinating & managing payroll processesCandidate profile:Fluent in Dutch and EnglishMasters degree in Economics, Finance, or AuditingMinimum of 10 years of experience in finance positions, preferably in international companies (group)Strong analytical skills are requiredCapacity to work both with a high level of details and to take helicopter view to detect and report key performance factors and recommend action plansExcellent communication skills at all levels in the organizationCapability to work under pressureFinancial acumen and high level of organizationHands-on with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentCapable of self-navigating in an entrepreneurial organizationAble to build bridges between different departments and external parties is crucialJob InfoJob Identification 19666Job Category Finance, Accounting, Controlling, TaxPosting Date 07/08/2024, 10:01 AMJob Schedule Full time
