It is mandatory that you must have 1 year working experience as a technical lead.

Relational Databases:

- Demonstrate good knowledge of database designing.

- Understand basic relational database concepts.

- Confidently write SQL statements.

- Possess knowledge of various database access methods.

- Understand database stored procedures and functions.System Analysis and Design:

- Demonstrates basic knowledge of object and component methodology and technology.

- Possesses knowledge of classes, components, objects, and interfaces.

- Experience writing requirement specification and/or functional specifications.

- Demonstrate knowledge of UML.

- Ideal candidates must have experience developing enterprise level, web-based systems that utilize SOA approach.Technical Skills (JAVA, WEB):

- Core Java, JEE web technologies.

- Design patterns.

- JSF framework.

- JavaScript, CSS, HTML, DHTML, Ajax.

- Linux and/or Windows platform.
