Expert People & Organization plays a crucial role in supporting various HR functions within the HQ People Team. This position primarily focuses on training, leadership development program management, HR operations, recruitment support, and HR technology utilization. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Manager HR Technology & Digitization and the rest of the HQ People Team to execute the HQ People Technology and People Operations & Development roadmap effectively.

What does Expert People & Organization do?Training and Development:Design, coordinate, and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Identify training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.

Leadership Development Program Management:Support with the development and implementation of leadership development initiatives to nurture talent within the organization.

Monitor progress and provide ongoing support to program participants.

HR Operations:Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee record maintenance, payroll processing, and benefits administration.

Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Continuously streamline HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Recruitment Support:Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Support onboarding activities for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.

Work closely with the VEON People team to understand and support the HQ People Technology roadmap.

Utilize People technology platforms effectively to streamline processes, generate insights, and enhance employee experience.

RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on training, leadership development, HR operations, and recruitment support with 3+ years of experience.

Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.

Proficiency in HR technology platforms and tools; experience in driving HR technology initiatives preferred.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Human Resources is a plus.

Experience in project management or change management related to HR initiatives.

Experience with data analytics and reporting tools for HR metrics tracking and analysis.#J-18808-Ljbffr
