Job Summary:
Enablers College of Technology is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sr. Academic Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our academic programs, supporting faculty, and ensuring the highest standards of academic excellence. This position involves close collaboration with the Principal and other administrative staff to develop and implement effective academic strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the development and implementation of academic policies and procedures.
Coordinate and manage curriculum development and review processes.
Assist in the recruitment, orientation, and professional development of faculty members.
Monitor and evaluate academic programs to ensure compliance with educational standards and accreditation requirements.
Provide academic counseling and support to students.
Develop and maintain academic schedules, including class timetables and examination schedules.
Facilitate communication between faculty, students, and administration.
Organize and participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development sessions.
Collaborate with the Principal and other departments to enhance student learning experiences and outcomes.
Prepare and manage academic budgets and resources.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in academic administration or a related field.
Strong understanding of curriculum development, academic policies, and accreditation standards.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students.
Proficiency in using academic management software and other relevant technology.
