Starting Monthly Salary: QAR 2,300 ++

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista - Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both coffee preparation and crafting non-alcoholic beverages. They will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and iced coffee.

Maintain knowledge of coffee beans, origins, and brewing methods.

Grind coffee beans and ensure proper storage.

Create and serve a variety of non-alcoholic cocktails, mocktails, smoothies, and other specialty drinks.

Develop new and innovative recipes.

Maintain knowledge of ingredients, flavors, and preparation techniques.

Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.

Provide recommendations and answer questions about the menu.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed.

Ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients.

Assist with food preparation and service as needed.

Open and close the bar/cafe according to established procedures.

Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Can speak English well, and Arabic (preferred)

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or Bartender.

Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and non-alcoholic beverage creation.

Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From QAR2,200.00 per month
