Company DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are currently looking for a Senior Network Admin for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.Education:A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is typically required.Experience:Minimum 5 to 15 years.Networking Certifications:Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE). Certifications like CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA Security+ can also be valuable for foundational knowledge.Security Certifications:Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) are highly regarded.Technical Skills:In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, technologies, and architectures is essential.Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices and firewalls.Familiarity with intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS) and VPN technologies.Knowledge of network security best practices, including threat detection and mitigation.Experience with network monitoring and management tools.Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex network and security issues.Effective communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Leadership and team collaboration skills, as senior roles often involve mentoring junior staff and leading projects.Industry Knowledge:Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in network security and technology, as the field is continually evolving.Cybersecurity Ethics:An understanding of ethical hacking and an appreciation for the ethical and legal considerations of cybersecurity.Additional InformationTerms and conditions:Joining time frame: maximum 4 weeks
