Job Title: Medical Representative (Arabic-speaking Female)Location: Qatar
Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Arabic-speaking Female Medical Representative to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling skincare and medical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant stakeholders. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English to build and maintain relationships with key clients in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell the company's products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and clinics.
Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities to provide product information, answer questions, and address any concerns from healthcare professionals.
Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize product performance in the market.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, competitor activities, and market developments.
Prepare and deliver presentations to healthcare professionals to increase awareness of product benefits.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and account information.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the medical and healthcare sectors.
Provide timely feedback to management on customer needs, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Attend medical conferences, seminars, and other industry events to network and promote the company's products.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and medical products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in both English and Arabic.
Valid Qatar driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in the Qatar market or the GCC region.
Knowledge of medical and healthcare regulations in Qatar.
Previous experience in promoting and selling skincare products.
