Our client, one of the largest developers in the Middle East and North Africa region based in Abu Dhabi, is currently looking for a Manager - Retail Marketing who will develop retail strategy for the new company, including planning, designing, and positioning of the retail arm. The role involves developing a marketing and budget plan covering launch, activation, and events for retail, and liaising with the retail management team to ensure consensus and approval. The Manager will be responsible for marketing plan implementation and tracking. Reporting to the Senior Manager - Marketing, you will be responsible for the following:Develop the core positioning, messaging, and segmentation for the company's retail arm.Create awareness, enhance visibility, and strengthen the retail image of NewCo.Develop and implement budget, marketing plan, and sales support tools including launch collateral, customer touch points, and corresponding ROI.Responsible for related events and exhibition planning and execution including project conceptualization, management, design, budget, execution, and success measurement tools.Responsible for project brand building plans.Market Intelligence - lease, competition, marketing trends.Develop tailored content for presentations, datasheets, and customer case studies that highlight the value proposition of the new company's retail arm.Work closely with the communications team to ensure maximum leverage from media and PR.Work closely with customer service/CRM to register and monitor leads for lease.Manage agency relationships across the marketing communications mix.Work closely with the mall management team to ensure operational marketing activities are aligned with brand and marketing strategy.Business Capabilities6+ years of marketing experience, 3+ years experience in retail/shopping malls.CompetenciesConfident in applying new technologies and innovative solutions.Creative problem solving.Ability to adapt to changing conditions.Ability to prioritize; hands-on and action-oriented.Demonstrated success in defining and launching complex real estate products.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.Professional manner but able to make firm and timely decisions.Proven values-based leadership.EducationBachelor's degree in marketing or business administration.About The CompanyWelcome to a new world of Recruitment.
