We are committed to fostering a cohesive company culture where performance management and career success planning are fully aligned.About the RoleThe Project Manager is responsible for the management, delivery, and profitability of allocated projects. This responsibility can reach all aspects of the event including content, programming, resource management, commercial performance, and meeting internal and external KPIs. On smaller projects, the Project Manager would lead the project team. On larger projects, the Project Manager would be responsible for specific elements of the event, reporting to the Project Director.Specifically, the Project Manager should:Participate in the full life-cycle of a project, from pitch through to delivery and post-event wrap-up.Manage and liaise with all internal and external stakeholders, including other LINKVIVA teams, partners and suppliers, as well as clients, licensing authorities, venues, and other stakeholders.Be a point of contact for clients and partners to manage communication flow throughout a project.Attend internal and external meetings to present and discuss project status and progress.Create, update, and share the project plan and status reports on a regular basis.Create and manage specific workflows and processes to ensure the smooth operation and delivery of a project.Consider touch points throughout the project to enhance the overall participant experience.Identify ways to integrate sponsorship and marketing opportunities into the project, maximizing ROI for the client, LINKVIVA, and sponsors.Identify and manage revenue streams including ticketing strategy, cash and value-in-kind sponsorship, partnerships, revenue share models, and vendor space rental.Maintain the overall project budget, ensuring it is regularly updated and accurately reflects budgeted and actual costs and revenues to track commercial performance.Maintain a project master book, with up-to-date versions of all assets and documents.Ensure the project is closed after delivery, including final budget reconciliation, post-event reports, and debriefs.About YouYou should be:An experienced Junior Project Manager ready to take the next step in your career, or a Project Manager looking for your next opportunity.Able to demonstrate your previous success in planning, delivering, evaluating, and reporting outstanding events.Professional, independent, and self-motivated, with excellent time management skills.Experienced and skilled in organizing events with many moving parts.Able to understand the commercial aspects of a project including cost and revenue streams, how to balance them, and how to deliver a positive P&L.Familiar with marketing and sponsorship, and how to use them to add value to a project.Able to present with confidence and presence.Knowledgeable about event production, content, operations, and logistics.As a minimum, you should have:5+ years' event management experience in delivering large scale events.Previous experience working in the Middle East.Experience leading project teams from different departments.A valid driving license.Fluent written and spoken English.Your application will be stronger if:You have previous experience with festivals.You have previous experience with F&B and retail activations.You have previous experience with brand creation and development.You have previous experience with content curation and programming, including B2B content.
