Joining our team would provide you with an opportunity to leverage your Patient Access, Patient Transport, Capacity Management, and Revenue Cycle experience and EMR knowledge to create immediate value for your clients.Managing Consultants have responsibility for client management, solution implementation and generation of project results. You will own projects and interact with the client daily to ensure engagement success. This includes leading day-to-day operational meetings with client sponsors and consulting leaders and providing oversight to internal staff. Managing Consultants are expected to prepare and communicate well-organized, effective reports and presentations to client and internal executives. You will lead, coach and mentor consultants and senior consultants and ensure quality deliverables.We encourage career development and hiring for the long term. As a Managing Consultant, you will follow a clearly defined career path and continue to deepen your specialized industry knowledge and consulting skills. As you hone your project management skills, leadership abilities and the aptitude for managing multiple workstreams, you will have the opportunity to progress to the Associate Director level.What You Will NeedA minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited universityCurrent Epic Grand Central certification5+ years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience5+ years of healthcare management consulting and/or professional services experienceExperience in at least one of the following areas: Patient Transfers, Patient Flow/Patient Capacity Management/Patient Movement, Bed Charge Billing, EVSExtensive experience with implementation and workflow optimizationTrack record of driving operational process improvement for revenue cycle optimization projects within hospitals and/or health systemsWhat Would Be Nice To HaveA minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or Clinical AdministrationClinical certification or experience is a plusPrior analyst work or Epic employment is a plusCompensationThe annual salary range for this position is $125,600.00-$188,400.00.
