Customer Relationship Manager

Elegant Menswear, PakistanTo provide and promote a professional, high-quality, front-line customer-focused telephone, email, and mailing service to all customers. Proactively seek to identify customer needs and effectively respond and refer leads to the appropriate channels for follow-up.To take ownership and responsibility for all inquiries presented to the Customer Relationship department, identify customer needs, and utilize appropriate questioning and listening skills to identify and offer appropriate solutions.

Job Specification1) To execute and maintain customer services operations such as:

Obtaining and verifying customer information

Educating about loyalty and other promotions

Processing and dispatching of club cards

Following up for the activations of club cards

Responding to inquiries regarding club cards and active promotions

Marketing campaigns

Customer invitations

Managing customer complaints and suggestions

2) To liaise and arrange corporate meetings for the Marketing Head.

3) To conduct research on the latest trends and update summary to the Marketing Head.

4) Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships.

5) Liaising with designers and printers.

6) Organizing photo shoots.

7) Arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials.

8) Maintaining and updating customer databases.

9) Conducting market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups.

10) Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies.

11) Managing the publication of all publicity material to maximize brand promotion.

12) Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.

13) Supporting the marketing head in day-to-day marketing activities.

14) Planning, developing, and delivering campaigns as agreed within timescales.

15) Executing all outbound activities in line with team objectives.

16) Regularly conducting customer service surveys as per requirements.

17) Developing promotional opportunities and ideas from conception through to delivery.
