Branch Manager

Location:DHA Shahbaz, Karachi; DHA Saba Avenue, Karachi; SMCHS, Karachi; Rashid Minhas Road, Karachi; Faisal Town Branch, Lahore; Peshawar Branch

Minimum Education:Graduation (Preferably in Business Studies)

Minimum Requirements:

5 - 7 years of relevant branch banking experience

Proven track record in sales

Strong communication, conflict management, and customer service skills

Understanding of KYC/AML regulations and Operational Risk

Key Responsibilities:

Uphold branch profitability by consistent growth of low-cost deposit portfolio and managing the overall cost of funds

Ensure cross-sell of all products under the Bank's product umbrella

Maintain & increase deposit portfolio as per the allocated budget

Ensure continuous acquisition of NTBs and building a strong foundation with NTB Deposit

Ensure deepening of overall existing and potential customers

Ensure effective problem resolution by ensuring that processes are understood & followed

Maintain staff capacitation as per the plan

Responsible for all administrative and HR issues concerning the floor

Uphold all measures in an effort to ensure Information Security of Samba's customer data

Ensure consistently high service delivery to all customers

Guide & manage customers in an ethical manner in an effort to ensure building and development of long-term relationships with the Bank
