Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

Good self-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

A Self Starter with a problem solving mind set.

Minimum Sales experience of 3 years.

Highly Presentable.

What you will be doing:

Cold and Referred calling.

Develop new sales and marketing strategies to generate Sales.

Assist clients to make a property purchase decision.

Demonstrating and presenting projects to the clients.

Establishing new businesses and clients.

Keeping and maintaining client relationship.

Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Meeting clients and closing deals.
