Education Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) Experience Requirements Over 5 years of hands-on experience crafting renewable energy systems for utility installations within wind farms Knowledge of Solar PV, BESS, and other renewable energy technologies is a plus Familiarity with South African environmental regulations, codes, permits, and safety standards Proficiency in grid codes and connection standards; experience in Grid Studies is advantageous Proven capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and surpassing expectations Exceptional interpersonal skills for seamless collaboration with teams, contractors, advisors, and consultants Responsibilities The perfect candidate will spearhead engineering tasks leading up to the construction of large-scale renewable energy projects.
