Commercial Manager - Quantity Surveyor - Client Advisory Management Degree qualified or equivalent in Quantity Surveying with Large Project expeirence from PQS or similar perspective.Large project/ construction advisory experience on MEP specific projects as main contractor/ owner or specialist MEP contractor for a large Industrial/ Data Centre or similar project.Overall QS/ Commercial and Client Project Advisory Management of the project/sExperience with daily/ weekly/ monthly interface and project reporting to the main client/ owner representatives.Commercial management of MEP appointed project and construction management companies.PQS or similar background experience on MEP related projects.
