Description: RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced CLIENT LIAISON OFFICER for a well-established national company - position based in Amanzimtoti, KwaZulu-Natal. !PERSON MUST PREFERABLY CURRENTLY RESIDE IN THE AMANZIMTOTI AREA! JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS Grade 12 / Matric / NQF level 4. Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle. BCom in Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Project Management or related qualification. Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Other relevant programmes. Previous working experience in similar position is essential. Previous sales experience. Significant vehicle and dealership knowledge. Interfacing with clients to build and maintain relationships and rapport. Client engagement and consultation to define requirement and specifications, providing guidance on suitable service solutions. Engagement with planners and team leaders to expedite client requirements. Preparation of relevant forms and documentation. Keeping track of ETA's and planned vehicle movement and providing relevant and timeous client feedback. Assistance with inspections of incoming and outgoing vehicles. Tending to client queries timeously as they arise. Proactively monitor client satisfaction through regular follow-ups. Draft client correspondence and status reports as required. All other duties as assigned by management. This position involves managing the actual vs. planned adherence of routes by making use of tracking software, pro-active communication to customers in terms of expected delivery times, resolving customer queries and driver interaction by serving as the intermediary between the client, planners and team leaders. Salary package offered: R10 000-00 - R15 000-00 per month
