· Full-time, Auckland CBD-Based · Kiwi-owned company in growth mode The Academy Group has been in the market with products for 40+ years. We have a stable of print products as well as an ever increasing stable of online products, We are seeking a Sales Manager/ BDM who can lead a team of telephone salespeople and hunt out even more new markets and products for us. About You & The Role You're a true sales hunter, with a strong work ethic and a track record of success. While experience in New Zealand's Publishing industry is an advantage, it's not essential. What's critical is your drive, determination, and passion for growth. You'll thrive on building new relationships and expanding into untapped markets with a focused, strategic approach. In this role, you will: · Identifying new markets and opportunities. · Drive new business development and build long-term relationships with customers. · Lead a team of salespeople and look to expand that team. Remuneration We have purposely not listed a Salary range with this as we want to be able to discuss with you an arrangement that reflects your experience and skills. However, it will include a competitive base salary + bonus structure- we literally reward performance so your income potential is and never will be capped! If you have knowledge of experienced salespeople you would like to be on your team, we are happy to discuss additional bonuses for bringing them onboard with you.
