Technical Trainer

InOrg is looking for a skilled Technical Trainer to deliver engaging training programs across various technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear, accessible manner, helping participants gain practical, real-world skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver interactive training sessions on diverse technical topics, tailored to different skill levels.
• Create and update training materials, including presentations, hands-on labs, and assessments.
• Design practical labs and real-world scenarios to enhance the learning experience.
• Evaluate participants’ progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor learners to apply technical skills effectively in their roles.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating relevant content into training programs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and other trainers to ensure comprehensive training offerings.

• 3-5 years of experience in a technical role with strong expertise in relevant technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in delivering technical training, workshops, or webinars.

• Proficiency in various programming languages and technologies relevant to the training programs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to create engaging and informative training materials.
