Senior Data Analyst

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with project teams and developers to understand requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to extract actionable insights and inform project-related decisions.
• Work with developers to design and implement data-driven applications and tools that streamline processes and enhance project efficiency.
• Require advanced expertise in Power BI for developing interactive reports, dashboards, and automated workflows.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for efficient data extraction, ETL and manipulation.
• Experience in performing ETL/ELT using Alteryx/SSIS/Azure Data Factory etc.
• Utilize advanced Excel functionalities for data processing, analysis, and visualization in the context of projects.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the digital project support team.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend data-driven strategies to enhance project efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting and analysis activities related to projects.

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related discipline. A degree in a project-related field is a plus.
• Proven experience (6+ years) in data analysis, business intelligence, data engineering or a similar role.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, supporting multiple concurrent projects and collaborating with development teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including project teams, developers, and clients.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines in a project environment.
• Knowledge of data governance best practices and experience working with large-scale datasets in a project-driven setting.
