Then we would love to hear from you!Fagron is looking for a ERP Manager EMEA, based in our Rotterdam office, who will be responsible for managing and monitoring various ERP projects. The projects focus on the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP programs on an EMEA level. Our Dynamics 365 roadmap has a global scope and the Microsoft roadmap applies to the whole EMEA region. You will be setting the right priorities, monitoring the interaction and integration in terms of goals, efforts and resources, and successfully implementing the projects. You will advise the business on how to implement Dynamics 365. You will be responsible for managing the business consultants working on these projects. Your people management skills are important to establish commitment from our people, as well as your interpersonal competencies to manage all involved stakeholders.Your key responsibilities will be:Coaching and developing your team membersSetting up a portfolio of projects in line with the strategic objectivesSupervising budget, timing, resources, quality and project satisfactionImplementing and monitoring global program standards and toolsManaging the expectations and communication towards the stakeholdersManaging the risks and incidents on the projectsVisiting the locations during their implementation projects and handling issues on the spotWat wij vragenYou have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or similar degreeYou have insight to add value to what a project or program should contribute to the business objectivesExperience with Dynamics 365 projectsExperience with implementing ERP systemsYou are data-minded and analyticYou are empathic and dedicated in supporting and developing your teamYou do not panic and are excited by leading complex and challenging projects with tight deadlines and by managing various stakeholdersYou have at least 5 years of experience as an ERP Manager, Program Manager or Project Manager, preferably with some management experienceExcellent English verbal and written communicationWat wij biedenBeing part of a great team12 months contract with the prospect of an indefinite contract€ 7,000 - € 8,000 gross per month based on a 40 hour contract, all in line with your knowledge & experienceHoliday allowance of 8%Annual bonus of max. 2 months, based on company and personal targetHybrid working with 3 days in the officeMobility budget of € 1,000 gross per monthPensionCollective health insuranceLaptop & mobile phone28 vacation daysOver het bedrijfWe are Fagron!At Fagron we are creating the future of personalizing medicine.
