Job Description
GENERAL ASSIGNMENTS
Reports to the Local Quality Manager.
Ensure that the customer focus and zero defect mindset is promoted throughout the Organization.
Ensure compliance with the objectives of the department and associated teams in the factory.
Onboarding for new employees in the areas of Health & Safety and Environment.
CUSTOMER FOCUS
Responsible for complaint management and follow-up, including all communication between the factory and the commercial entities.
Coordinate and participate in the root cause analysis, and provide the defined solution through the system.
Coordinate internal meetings and provide reports related to customer satisfaction.
HEALTH - SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT
Develop, master, coordinate and monitor occupational risk prevention and protection activities in all areas (Operations, Commercial entity and Hyperion included).
Perform risk assessment in PTS activities, enabling appropriate preventive action to be taken.
Identify, understand and interpret the key points of regulations and legislation specific to the country.
Ensure compliance with current legislation and Group policies.
Prepare, coordinate and deliver courses and training in the area of health, safety and environment.
Introduce specific methodologies enabling the company to involve all employees in a new attitude and mindset associated with (non-)risky behaviour.
Implement occupational health, safety and environment requirements/procedures established for all areas in the company.
Coordinate internal meetings and provide reports and performance related to health, safety and environment.
STANDARD
Maintain all existing ISO certificates (ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001) follow-up and monitoring: non-conformities follow-up corrective and preventive actions, follow-up 1st, 2nd and 3rd parties.
Implement and coordinate new certification projects (ISO 50001, NIS2).
Unite the entire organisation around these certificates (existing and new).
Provide visibility and promote actions and projects related to or around ISO certificates.
Coordinate internal meetings and provide reports and performance related to ISO and standard.
MISCELLANEOUS
Support to production:
Ensure the use and handling of collective and individual protective equipment provided by the company.
Include HSE in area of industrialization and product lifecycle in factory (ex. Control plan).
Block product/production in the event of a defect with an impact on the customer.
Working together aspect: participate and support projects in the factory.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Electronic/Industrial Engineering (Post Bologna).
Senior Safety Technician certified level VI (validated by ACT).
CCP in Training of Trainers is preferred.
Training/Certification in ISO 9001:2015; 14001:2015; ISO 45001:2018.
3 to 5 years' professional experience in the Quality/Safety/Environment area.
Training in continuous improvement (LEAN or WCM) is an asset (green belt, black belt).
Fluent in English (spoken and written) - essential.
