Ensure systems are designed for high availability, performance, and maintainability.Development and Integration: Oversee the development process, including coding, testing, and debugging. Utilize Maven for build automation and dependency management.Code Reviews and Mentorship: Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and compliance with standards. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.Troubleshooting and Support: Identify and resolve technical issues throughout the development lifecycle.
