10+ years of experience as lead is Mandatory We are seeking a JAVA Lead with 10+ years of experience; please email your resume with details on Total Experience, Current CTC, Expected CTC, Current Location, and Preferred Location.nitin.patil@ust.comKey Responsibilities:Technical Leadership: Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of JAVA-based applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality standards.Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define project requirements, create detailed technical specifications, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Architecture and Design: Design robust, scalable, and secure solutions using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture. Ensure systems are designed for high availability, performance, and maintainability.Development and Integration: Oversee the development process, including coding, testing, and debugging. Utilize Maven for build automation and dependency management.Code Reviews and Mentorship: Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and compliance with standards. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.Troubleshooting and Support: Identify and resolve technical issues throughout the development lifecycle. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed applications.Mandatory Skills:JAVA: Proficiency in JAVA programming with a deep understanding of object-oriented principles and design patterns.Spring Boot: Extensive experience in developing applications using Spring Boot framework.Microservices: Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture, including designing, building, and deploying Microservices-based applications.Maven: Expertise in using Maven for project build automation, dependency management, and version control.
