Grow and thrive with a team of game-changers committed to reforming the future of technology.Key Responsibilities:Implementation and Configuration:Analyze customer requirements and configure the Simphony POS solution to meet specific operational workflows and business needs.Install and set up the Simphony POS system at customer sites, ensuring all hardware and software components are correctly configured and functional.Customize the system to address any gaps in functionality and ensure it meets all customer specifications.Collaborate with Oracle support teams to address complex issues.Integration and Customization:Work with Oracle Simphony's open API to integrate third-party platforms such as online ordering, delivery services, and mobile payment processing.Customize the POS system to fit specific client needs using available tools and resources.Analytics and Reporting:Utilize Simphony's reporting and analytics suite to provide insights on trends, forecasts, and opportunities.Assist clients in optimizing their operations through data-driven decisions.Project Management:Experience with the entire implementation project lifecycle from initial planning and requirements gathering to final deployment and post-implementation support.Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project completion.Documentation:Create and maintain detailed documentation of the configuration, installation, and support processes.Ensure all project-related documents are up-to-date and accessible to relevant team members and clients.Required Skills/Experience:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.2-5 years of experience in POS system implementation, preferably with Oracle Simphony or similar systems.Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry, particularly in restaurants.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting POS systems.Understanding of multi-channel kitchen display systems (KDS) and their integration with Simphony.Experience with self-service kiosks and mobile POS solutions.Knowledge of Series 3/Series 6/Series 8 Workstation and 700 Series tablet.Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Oracle Linux operating systems.Diversity and Inclusion:With integrity and inclusion at its core, Atom recognizes that it is through diversity, inclusion, and equity that our community is shaped.
