The GWA is ranked number 3 globally according to OVUM's Managed/Maintained End-user Devices with a total of 7.4M assets.Getronics support its employees to become experts in their field through development by an in house University and an internal recruitment program.Role Purpose :An exciting opportunity to join our team within a growing ICT Services company with a global portfolio, as a Technical Consultant - SNOW in our Global Asset Management team.Responsibilities :• Proven experience with Snow Software SAM tool.• Experience in handling the SPE platform, should have knowledge on Snow tool migrations, optimization, and best practices.• Responsible for management and maintenance of the SAM platform (SNOW). (SLM/Inventory/Connectors)• Performing daily health checks on SAM platform (SNOW) and optimization as per best practices• Implementation and management of SNOW Software License management tool.• Supporting complex matters on SLM and SNOW platform (Automation).• Knowledge and understanding of Software licensing rules, Global licensing Implications, software metering and methods to optimize utilization.• Responsible to advise on best ways to design the infrastructure of licensing methodology to optimize costs.• Regular updates and upgrades of SNOW tool.• Manage requests from End customers, Project managers, and Global procurement team for specific software asset management infrastructure.• Becoming a subject matter expert on SNOW tool providing support and knowledge daily to the SAM team.• Proactively seek guidance from peers and seniors wherever required.• Collaborate with Global teams to leverage best practices to enhance the governance and compliance level.• Own and maintain SAM Technical process documentation and take ownership of process improvement initiatives.Desirable Skills : • 4+ years with IT Software Asset Management and IT Asset Management experience.• Proven experience with Snow Software SAM tool• Experience in handling SPE platform, should have knowledge on Snow tool migrations, optimization, and best practices.Experience with Discovery Tools (ServiceNow Discovery, SCCM) - Preferred• Experience in documentation of process, policy, and procedures related to Software asset management• Experience interpreting licensing contracts, end user license agreements, terms and conditions• SQL Database and basic queries - PreferredSoft Skills : • Customer Focused• Commercial Acumen• Proactive Attitude• Problem Solving• Excellent Communication - Verbal & Written• Team Player• Take InitiativeCertifications :Technical SNOW certificates desirableWork Timings: Indian / EU / UK Business Hours PRB
