Senior Product Marketing Manager

You will be a leader of the product marketing function, working collaboratively across the business, bringing vision and structure. You will develop clear positioning frameworks and persuasive product messaging that resonates with target audiences. You will follow a persona-driven approach to identify needs, understanding pain points of our ideal customer profile (ICP). Over time, you will build a small, high-performing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and opportunities for professional growth.
Responsibilities
Guide the development of marketing assets in collaboration with design and project management.
Create sales enablement tools, training, and resources to assist the sales team in effectively communicating product value propositions.
Plan, write, and edit diverse content types, maintaining a consistent, compelling narrative, style, and brand voice aligned with the company's brand strategy and core messaging.
Develop and refine presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership and clients.
Drive thought leadership initiatives, overseeing the development of unique content for prospects, speaking sessions, articles, and collaborating with the expert security teams on periodic research material.
Proactively identify content/collateral gaps within the sales cycle and collaborate with key stakeholders to address them.
Translate the technicalities of our roadmap into clear customer value by educating, informing, and inspiring them.
Collaborate closely with the product and commercial teams, regularly addressing the needs of our client audience and crafting effective go-to-market strategies for new offerings.
Establish, manage, and execute a content calendar, tapping into product development and innovation.
Create and scale a powerful case study and testimonial content creation machine.
Capture success metrics and customer satisfaction from both inside the business and with customers directly, whilst also driving NPS, Peer-scoring, and C-Sat scores with the relevant stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 5 years experience in product/content marketing for B2B cyber companies, ideally (but not necessarily) targeting SMEs.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving tech startup/scale-up environment.
Expertise in XDR/MDR content marketing and product marketing.
An ability to turn the very technical into the understandable.
An eye for originality amongst crowded offerings.
Proficient in English or German and English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Dutch would be an advantage.
Experience of using HubSpot CRM to execute customer communications.
Proven leadership capabilities or a track record of leading and managing high-performing teams.
Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple ongoing content projects, meeting fast-paced deadlines, and managing priorities effectively.
In-depth understanding of sales enablement tools and strategies.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing content strategies that drive tangible business results.
Positive, energetic, with a strong can-do attitude and the ability to adapt as needed.
Excellent interpersonal skills and writing skills.
This role is hybrid in The Hague, Netherlands or remote in Germany.
