Job description
We are looking for a high performing Global Sales Director. The successful candidate will meet customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives by leading by example.
Develop key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans.
Own and hit/exceed annual monthly sales targets.
Global alignment and brand compliance for digital marketing activities, projects, and campaigns.
Manage a team of sales managers across the globe.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Partner with global customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
Coaching, guiding, and managing the global sales managers on a daily basis.
Measure ROI and KPIs.
Anticipate sales performance trends.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of sales management experience & proven track record of achieving growth and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within the performance marketing industry.
Hands-on leadership experience leading a team of high performing sales professionals & managers.
In-depth experience with/knowledge of different performance marketing channels.
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
A deep interest in the latest developments in performance marketing.
Excellent English communication skills.
Experience working with/managing teams virtually worldwide.
Based in Amsterdam.
