The person should be able to lead the web developers, guide them about web applications, and assign web projects to the right skilled person in the team according to the development requirements. The Team Lead should have capabilities to propose solutions and implement serious level development components. Expertise must be at an excellent level in PHP / Open Source solutions. We need a self-motivated, team player who is mature enough to take on projects and deliver successfully, developing a deep understanding of projects and preparing the team for capacity building. Experience as a Team Lead is not required; candidates can be considered for this role if they believe they are prepared based on their past experience and skills.
