About the Role:

As a Senior Estimator , you will be the architect behind our success, shaping the future of our projects with your keen eye for detail and your ability to navigate complex landscapes. You will collaborate closely with our talented team to bring visions to life and exceed client expectations.

What You'll Do:

Estimation Excellence: Utilize your expertise and experience to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for fitout projects of varying scales and complexities.
Strategy & Innovation: Develop innovative pricing strategies and value engineering solutions to maximize efficiency and enhance project outcomes.
Collaborative Genius: Work hand-in-hand with our design, engineering, and project management teams to develop comprehensive and cohesive project proposals.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to leverage partnerships and negotiate favorable terms.
Market Mastery: Stay ahead of industry trends and market fluctuations to ensure our pricing remains competitive and aligned with industry standards.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior estimators, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster a culture of growth and development.

What You'll Bring:

Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Senior Estimator in a tier one construction company in the Middle East, with a proven track record of success.
Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of fitout construction processes, materials, and methodologies, coupled with strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Innovation: A creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a drive to push boundaries and challenge the status quo.
Communication: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Leadership: A natural leader with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence and surpass goals.
Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adept at managing multiple priorities and deadlines with grace and poise.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
