Site Administrator - Residential ConstructionEMPLOYER: Seymour Pacific DevelopmentsJOB DESCRIPTION:Responsibilites: Provide administrative support for the construction siteEnter timecards electronically and facilitate site approvals with payrollSet priorities for carrying out administrative function to maintain smooth operations as well as to meet multiple competing deadlinesAct as the first point of contact at the construction site for employees, inspectors, visitors etc.Working in collaboration with Head Office personnel to maintain paper-flow to/from (i.e. purchasing, payroll, accounts payable, operations team, human resources)Assist with all new hire onboarding and ensure documentation is received by HRPrepare reports as needed and/or facilitate distribution to relevant internal and external parties (i.e. fuel tracking, meeting minutes, inspection reports, occupancy documents etc.)Retrieve/receive and organize rapid purchase orders/packing slips from staffRequirements:Minimum two years' experience in an administrator roleExceptional proficiency in MS Office SuiteWorking experience using construction management software or ERPDemonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage time wellEstablished good communication skills both oral and writtenStrong interpersonal skills to build and foster partnership with teamsDemonstrated ability to remain focused on extremely fast-paced construction office environment, with minimal direct supervisionBuilding supply product knowledge an asset, however training will be providedAbility to lift up to 35lbsIf you are interested in applying for this position, please visit our website at www.seymourpacific.ca and go to our careers page!We look forward to hearing from you!START DATE: 03/06/2024 Job Position Name * Email Address * Telephone Number I consent to receiving information from CERC. *
