Job Overview:Join NQOODLET as a Marketing Specialist, focusing on developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads. This role is ideal for entry-level or fresh graduates passionate about creative marketing. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation and Campaigns:Develop and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, blogs, and email.Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.Create compelling marketing materials and sales collateral.Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance and adjust strategies as needed.Utilize analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance.Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and channels.Develop and maintain a strong brand presence online and offline.Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective marketing assets.Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.Use insights from research to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.Identify new marketing opportunities and channels to reach target audiences.Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.Coordinate with the customer success team to ensure marketing materials support customer engagement and retention.Provide feedback to the product team to help improve our offerings based on market insights. Qualifications:Recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Fluent in English and Arabic.Strong writing, communication, and creative skills.Enthusiastic about fintech and digital marketing.Proactive and self-motivated.Basic understanding of marketing tools and analytics is a plus.Gain hands-on experience in marketing and brand management within a dynamic and growing company.Work closely with experienced professionals and receive mentorship.Opportunity for growth and potential full-time opportunities.
